Bistro & bars open Fridays and Saturdays from 22nd March for drinks, lunch and dinner.

Spring is coming and we are almost ready for regular openings at the Eye bistro and bar. From Friday 22nd March 2024 we will be open every Friday and Saturday for both lunch and diiner.

Look out for the theme nights, firepit cookouts, live music international food made from fresh ingredients.

The bistro has a 360 degree, inside outside sit down bar with views over the valley. and a dining hall suitable for the a banquet.

Food will be cooked by Andy our chef who specialises in both meat and inventive vegan and vegetarian cooking. We will be taking the best ingredients available on the day and creating a dynamic menu with something for everyone.

We believe in both family and community, and so the bistro is all aboiut connection and shared eating with our guests and members.

The bar will be open for drinks on Fridays, Saturdays and on an increasing basis for sunday and evenings. Check the website for opening hours.

As the retreat is limited to members and cabin guests,, the bistro and bars are available to members only each of which can bring up to 3 guests.
