Movement meditation is an exploration of the body through free and flowing movement. It's an excellent practice for presence and bringing awareness into areas that we often forget exist in our day to day lives. There's no need to have any fitness ability to join this class as the focus remains on presence in the body, not ability and can be adjusted to fit all levels. Our coaches will guide movement throughout to encourage you to explore levels, body parts, speeds and balance. That said, movement meditation is a very free practice and while you can copy the coaches, you're also encouraged to lean into what feels good for you and explore your own movements.
