Yoga Nidra
A deeply restorative guided meditation designed to bring the body into complete relaxation and the mind into stillness. Yoga Nidra supports nervous-system healing, deep rest, and inner reset.
Yoga Nidra, often known as “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided meditation designed to bring the body into profound relaxation while the mind settles into a calm, conscious state between waking and sleeping. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, process more, and move faster, this practice offers a rare opportunity to simply rest.
Held within our warm and peaceful yurt space, this session invites you to fully soften into comfort on mattresses with blankets, pillows, and eye pillows provided — allowing the body to feel completely supported from the moment you arrive. As you are gently guided through the practice, layers of physical tension, mental noise, and nervous-system overwhelm begin to unwind naturally.
Yoga Nidra can support:
• Deep relaxation and stress release
• Improved sleep and nervous-system regulation
• Emotional balance and mental clarity
• A greater sense of inner peace and grounding
No experience is necessary, and there is nothing to “achieve” during the session. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be guided into stillness.
Whether you are feeling burnt out, emotionally heavy, mentally busy, or simply in need of deep rest, this practice offers a nourishing reset for both body and mind.
