Unshakeable happiness and peace in less than 30 days

The question of can I be permanently happy is one that you will often get a negative answer to. Due to the way most people get and try to sustain their happiness, many if not most believe that happiness cannot be sustained.

The reality is very different. Our seacrh for happiness and the choices we make of where to find it, are largely the result of conditioning, together with the nature of our temporary experience of it. They are nothing to do with what's possible. Whilst it may be better to consider joy as the state and happiness as the temporary sensation of it, there is certainly a recipe to find it and sustain it.

By understanding the mechanism of the mind and how our conditioning has created a focus on the external as the source of joy and happiness, we can start a change that will allow sustained, permanent joy relatively quickly and easily.

As with any embedded habit, there is a time needed for change to happen and there are some key steps to be taken both in understanding and in taking action in order to feel permanent joy. This video unlock those steps and offers what is an indulgent target of 30 days to see results.

By first understanding the nature of how we search for and find happiness and peace, then taking steps to change our focus, we can transform the way life feels fundamentally. Permanent joy and peace is totally possible and whilst the collective are chasing it in all the wrong places and believing it's impossible to sustain happiness and peace, that's simply because they are hypnotised into a mass hysteria that has them permanently unfulfilled.

Exiting the System Is an Inside Job: Why the Way Out Is Not Where You've Been Looking

Many of us sense that something in modern life isn't working, yet every attempt to fix it — changing jobs, moving cities, trying new habits — leaves the same restlessness intact. This article explores why: because the system we're trying to escape has been quietly installed inside us, through years of absorbed beliefs about what we should want, be, and achieve. The real exit, it turns out, begins with seeing that clearly.

Why Dissolution Is the Healing, Freedom, Peace, Fulfilment and Independence You Are Looking For

Most of us sense something is off beneath the surface of our lives, even when we can't name it. This article explores how beliefs quietly accumulate from childhood onwards, forming a kind of automatic personality that runs much of our inner life without us realising it. It offers a clear, grounded look at what dissolution actually means — and why it may address the restlessness that other approaches leave untouched.

The Will to Escape: Why Most Recovery Programs Miss the Point

This article challenges the standard view of addiction, arguing that substances and compulsive behaviours are symptoms of something deeper: the need to escape intolerable triggered thoughts. It explores why common recovery models — including the disease model and identity-based approaches — often leave the root cause untouched, and outlines a consciousness-based path that addresses the underlying beliefs driving the cycle.
