The cause of overthinking and how to stop it

As something that affects almost everyone, overthinking is something most of us are frustrated by, and often kept awake by. The question of, what's the cause and how do we stop it is front of mind for many of us.

There is a proven path to inner peace that sees a progressive movement toward the end of triggered, involuntary thinking and opens the door to broader experiences in consciousness.

As we realise that our thoughts are driven by the common pattern of externalising our joy and peace as a result of being conditioned to do so, we also realise that in order to reduce and stop overthinking we must reset our perspectives of the world.

The journey to becoming happy and peaceful, and finally feeling good about every aspect of life and ourselves is one of letting go, letting go, letting go.

A thoughtful read for anyone who's felt exhausted by their own attempts to keep life ordered.

This article explores why: because the system we're trying to escape has been quietly installed inside us, through years of absorbed beliefs about what we should want, be, and achieve. The real exit, it turns out, begins with seeing that clearly.

Why Dissolution Is the Healing, Freedom, Peace, Fulfilment and Independence You Are Looking For

Most of us sense something is off beneath the surface of our lives, even when we can't name it. This article explores how beliefs quietly accumulate from childhood onwards, forming a kind of automatic personality that runs much of our inner life without us realising it. It offers a clear, grounded look at what dissolution actually means — and why it may address the restlessness that other approaches leave untouched.
