- Morning Bliss - Guided Meditation
Great for beginners and regular meditators. You will be guided to submerge in your sensory, energetic body and to relax deeply, experience peace and bliss out. Sessions vary in length and will create a lasting memory and ability to immerse yourself in the sensations of the energetic at will and in all situations. This is a powerful tool for sensory reset in everday life.
- Zazen & Foundations of meditation
Zazen is a progressive practice that will help to bring you a quiet mind. This session will include an in depth introduction for beginners and coaching for regulars. A great way to start the day. A foundational practice in Zen Buddhism, Zazen is great for those seeking inner peace and self realisation. We choose it as our morning practice at the retreat due to its powerful ability to give a quiet mind and to help that peace ripple out into all parts of life. This practice is simple and the session will give an in depth explanation and introduction for those new to meditation or mindfulness practices. It will also allow for coaching of further stages of Zazen for regulars and allow a progressive journey toward kensho. (The merge experience)
- Sensory Redirection - Quiet your Mind
This is our foundational teaching and practice for the path to a quiet mind and inner peace. The session starts with an in depth discussion on consciousness itself and how the mind works, followed by sensory redirection practice on a walk around the lakes and woodland. This teaching is fundamental to the understanding of consciousness and the self. It will reveal the mechanism of thought and triggers and will expose the path to inner peace. Of the many practices and tools that we teach at the retreat, this session is the one that will change your life forever. It is suitable for both beginners and those familiar with mindfulness and will deepen your relationship with who you are and provide the start point for self realisation. This is true yoga and a teaching that reveals the science of the mind.

- Solo Lake Swim
Come and enjoy a freeing wild swim in Zen Jungle's lakes. Whether you come alone or with a group of friends, wild swimming is the perfect way to clear your mind and reconnect with nature. With many benefits for both the mind and body, wild swimming is a perfect hobby to enjoy all year round. Wear a wetsuit, brave the cold in a costume or embrace your inner wild with a skinny dip, anything goes here at Zen Jungle! However you are comfortable, you are welcome. DISCLAIMER Over 16's only, those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Our lakes are not life guarded so your safety is your responsibility. Whilst we have tested the water at times, we cannot guarantee its quality.
- Mindful Art
Whether you've never picked up a pencil in your life or you're a full time artist for a living, this class is suitable for everyone. Mindfulness is the focus of our time together and art is a beautiful vehicle for this. Ability doesn't matter as you will be guided step by step through each process and encouraged to let go of your attachment to outcome, enjoying the moment and whatever it brings your way! All supplies and equipment are provided, so you just need to turn up with yourself. If you have your own equipment you'd rather work with, you're also welcome to bring your own.

Come and sing with us! Our Song Circle is a welcoming space for all voices—no experience needed, just a heart open to music and connection. We gather in the warmth of Zen Jungle's Ceremonial Yurt, singing healing songs and harmonies that uplift the spirit, free the voice, and bring us into deep connection with ourselves and each other. Guided by the power of the collective voice, we use song as a form of release, meditation, and joy. ✨ What to expect: 🎶 Learning beautiful, simple songs and harmonies 🎵 Singing together in a relaxed and supportive space 🕯️ A gentle opening ritual with candles and intention setting 💫 An opportunity to connect, free your voice, and feel the magic of music This is a space for everyone—whether you’ve sung in choirs before or only ever hummed in the shower.
