Welcome to Humanity 2.0 — A Living Declaration of Awareness, Peace & Stewardship

We, the trustees and settlors of the private trust holding lawful possession of this land and its assets, hereby declare:

We are living men and women — aware beings, not legal fictions, not corporate entities, and not subjects of any external system. We stand in full awareness under Natural Law and Common Law, and hereby deny, revoke, and rebut all presumptions of statutory consent, corporate governance, and any imposed jurisdiction over our lives, bodies, land, or children.

We do not consent to any form of representation, administration, or governance by external agencies, their officers, or any presumed contractual arrangement created without our explicit, knowing, and willing agreement.

Private Trust & Beneficial Standing

The land and assets upon which this community resides are lawfully held in private trust for the exclusive benefit of the living men and women who dwell here as declared beneficiaries.

Any corporate entities holding legal title to land or assets do so solely as vehicles of that private trust, and no state or statutory body has any beneficial interest or authority herein.

This community consists of:

• Declared Beneficiaries: living men and women who have been recognised within the private trust records and enjoy full standing therein.

• Invited Contributors: those residing or working within the community with the consent of the trustees, who may be admitted as beneficiaries at a later date.

All residents, whether beneficiaries or invited contributors, are under the lawful protection of this declaration and agree to uphold the principles of Natural Law and peaceful coexistence during their residence.

Lawful Possession & Stewardship

We hold lawful possession of this land and its assets for the purpose of sustaining this community in peace, under Natural Law and Common Law.

This land is not for commerce, sale, or speculation. It exists as a living trust, to be protected and regenerated for current and future beneficiaries.

We act as caretakers and stewards, preserving the land, water, and resources for the thriving of life. We explicitly reject any state or corporate claim to this land, its title, or its resources.

Jurisdiction & Rejection of Statutory Authority

This land, and those who dwell upon it, are under the jurisdiction of Natural Law and Common Law, and no other.

Statutory legislation does not apply within this domain. We explicitly reject the jurisdiction of all statutory codes, acts, warrants, orders, penalties, and administrative instruments.

Notice to principal is notice to agent. Notice to agent is notice to principal. No party shall claim ignorance of these terms.

Police & Statutory Access

No statutory implied right of access exists on this land. All such rights are expressly denied.

Police, bailiffs, warrant officers, enforcement agents, statutory officers, or any other representatives acting under statutory codes are expressly denied access.

No warrant, order, or enforcement action shall be recognised unless it:

1. Originates under Common Law jurisdiction;

2. Bears the wet-ink signature and seal of a living judge; and

3. Is accompanied by full proof of claim, establishing lawful authority, standing, and jurisdiction.

Any attempt to enter or act under statutory authority, without meeting these requirements, constitutes unlawful trespass and incurs personal liability.

Trespass & Liability

Entry onto this land is by private invitation only. Government officers, agents, bailiffs, corporate contractors or representatives shall be deemed to be trespassing unless in possession of a lawful crown warrant and express, voluntary consent from the lawful stewards.

Unlawful entry, refusal to leave upon request, or failure to provide lawful proof of authority may incur personal liability and result in penalties in accordance with our established trespass fee schedule.

Statement of Intent

We exist to live as sovereign beings, free from coercion, interference, or exploitation. Our purpose is to:

• Reconnect with the deeper nature of being — peaceful, creative, and ungoverned by fear.

• Build a living field for conscious men and women who choose to step beyond collapsing systems.

• Steward the land with respect, as caretakers for present and future generations.

• Support one another in health, education, food, and shelter sovereignty, without dependency on centralised control structures.

• Live as a beacon of what comes after the old paradigm — self-responsible, community-driven, and in harmony with life.

Statement to All Authorities & Agencies

Be it known:

• We are not wards of the state.

• We are not subject to statutory control absent explicit, conscious, and informed joinder.

• We are not bound by any presumed contract, registry, warrant, order, or obligation that has not been knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily entered into.

Any attempt to interfere, enforce, or presume jurisdiction will be treated as unlawful trespass under Natural Law and responded to with the remedies outlined in our lawful notices.

Closing Declaration

We stand as living awareness, in honour, peace, and truth.

This declaration is made by the trustees and settlors of the private trust on behalf of all living men and women who dwell here, whether as contributors or beneficiaries, whose standing is recognised within the private trust records maintained privately.

This is our public and lawful notice to all who approach: We are free. We are sovereign. We are ungoverned by fear or false authority.
