Zen Mama - Half Day Retreat

Come home to yourself in this gentle, grounding space created especially for mothers at every stage of the journey — whether you're navigating newborn life, raising teens, or even supporting grown-up children and grandchildren.

Our morning begins with a curated organic children’s clothes sale, featuring much-loved brands like Frugi and Little Green Radicals, both new and preloved, with pieces ranging from £3–£10.

We’ll then gather in circle — a sacred and supportive space to share, reflect, connect, and simply be. No pressure, no performance — just honesty, softness, and solidarity.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful sound bath, inviting your nervous system to unwind and your heart to open.

The retreat will be run by Hannah, mother to 2 year old Bodhi, and Alessia, mother to grown up daughter Liberty.

Tea, coffee, and a slice of homemade cake are included — because you deserve a treat and time that’s just for you.
