Event in detail
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a profound practice of deep rest and inner awareness. Guided through a series of gentle cues—including breath, body scanning, and visualisation—you’ll be led into a liminal state between waking and sleeping, where the body softens and the mind becomes still.
In this receptive state, the nervous system shifts into healing mode, layers of stress dissolve, and a deeper connection to self emerges. You may find release from tension, clarity around something you’ve been holding, or simply a nourishing sense of peace.
Unlike traditional meditation, Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down in complete comfort, supported by blankets, cushions, and stillness. It’s suitable for all bodies and all levels, especially those who struggle with busy thoughts, overwhelm, or physical fatigue.
This practice offers more than rest—it’s a pathway home to yourself.
