An opportunity to stay and learn in a transformational retreat for free. We need help to build a self sufficient, parallel community in return for retreat stays, free life-changing transformational retreats and workaways. There may also be permanent spaces in the community for those interested in personal transformation and awakening. We want flexible people with skills. As a small team we need people willing to do whatever is needed across the retreat. This means all rounders who may have specific skils from the list below but are willing to get involved in anything across the retreat. We don't operate on fixed hours, so there's flexibility for any external interests you may have. The work we have is across : Growing, permaculture & gardening Maintaining Chickens Bar work & Cooking Housekeeping & cleaning Groundworks & Retreat maintenance Looking after guests & Retreat support Marketing, Photography & Admin In return we offer : Free accomodation at the retreat (Shared luxury cabin) Free heat, power, water with no bills Regular shared food, drinks and cookouts Freshly grown produce and eggs (when available) Exchange your energy for Workaway wages (spending money) and or Free life-changing transformational retreats With a chance to become a transformational coach and retreat community resident If you are serious about personal transformation and awakening the Zen Jungle teachings are for you. The retreat is on the border of Devon and Cornwall 20 minutes from the surfing town of Bude A 40 acre, natural paradise with 5 lakes, ancient woodland and amazing spaces including fire pits, outdoor amphitheatre, bars and soon a bistro. We have 12 luxury, self catered, oak cabins. WE VALUE INDEPENDENCE We have our own chemical free borehole water, permaculture growing areas with two 15m polytunnels and 27 chickens. Plus the largest privately owned, off grid solar array in the UK with 100KWh of battery.
