RISE & SHINE has teamed up with Zen Jungle Retreat to bring you the ultimate in sober, vegan retreat festivals! Our ambition in these times of rapid change is to bring people together, connecting them to a common cause. With 5 beautiful lakes to swim in, acres of ancient woodland, stunning scenery, magical sunset views, wonderful wildlife and luxury log cabins it really is a magical paradise. 

This retreat will play host to the infamous RISE & SHINE 4 chapter sober party! You can also expect meditations, intention setting, firepits, live music, breathwork, yoga, wild swimming, relaxation time, pop up stalls, ecstatic dance, circuit training/community jog, epic vegan roast and so much more!
