New Moon GONG BATH & Cacao Ceremony (1.5 Hours)

Gong Baths are a type of inactive meditation where you just lie down and allow the sound vibrations to wash over you to stimulate deep relaxation and an altered state of consciousness. Every Gong Bath is a very personal experience, depending on where you are on your journey through life. Maybe you never meditated (but somehow you found your way here) or maybe you already practice meditation or mindfulness. Gong Meditation is one of the easiest and quickest ways to get into a deep meditative state.

Our Earth Gong is a magnificent 38 inch gong, harmonically tuned to the vibration of primordial AUM (Ohm), the vibration of the universe and Earth.  The evening will begin with a Cacao Ceremony, a sacred ritual to open and connect with your heart. Cacao "The SuperFood of The Gods” is a natural plant medicine which helps us to deeply relax into the energy of heart - from its high level of magnesium, flavonoids, antioxidants, vitamins B's and much more. Cacao, is a subtle ancestral medicine that helps us open our hearts and heal. In the indigenous ways, medicine refers to anything that brings alignment of mind, body, and spirit.

The event will take place in our nurturing 36ft Mongolian Yurt. Comfortable Beds, blankets, pillows & eye pillows will be provided.

Guided with honour, respect and integrity, Jenny is a E-RYT 1000hr+ yoga teacher, Reiki Master and 2nd generation Cacao Medicine Guardian having this sacred Mayan rite directly passed down from her teachers in Mexico.
