As the world speeds up, this is your invitation to slow down. Step out of the noise and into the sanctuary of Zen Jungle’s cosy, sacred yurt, where you’ll be held in warmth, stillness and sound.

We’ll begin with a ceremonial serving of winter-spiced cacao — rich, heart-opening, and infused with seasonal spices to ground you into the present moment. Together, we’ll set an intention for how we want to feel as we move toward the holidays — not just what we need to do.

Then, you’ll be guided into a deep sound journey — a nourishing, winter-inspired sonic landscape of crystal bowls, flutes, chimes, drum and voice — layered to soothe the nervous system and gently open the heart. You'll rest on soft mattresses with blankets and eye pillows, fully supported to receive.
