Service Description

Zazen is a form of meditation used in Zen Buddhism that greatly aids a quiet mind and the ability to become and remain thoughtless. Unguided and practiced in silence with eyes open, it's a different kind of meditation experience to what many have tried in the West. We will begin these sessions with a brief introduction to Zazen, reminding you of the focus and technique before practicing for 15 - 30 minutes.
