Yoga Nidra, also referred to as yogic sleep, is the perfect class for those who wish to experience deep states of relaxation. Only one pose is needed for this practice: savasana. You might know this pose as the resting pose often used at the end of yoga classes. Supported with bolsters, cushions, blankets and eye pillows to ensure total comfort, you will be guided through a meditation focusing on presence and rest. Sustaining you in a state somewhere in between being awake and asleep, it is said that an hour of Yoga Nidra has equivalent benefits to 5 hours of ordinary sleep. We provide all equipment so no need to bring your own (unless you prefer). Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.
