Service Description
An alternative form of Zazen, this walking meditation is part of daily practice for many Zen Buddhists and greatly aids a quiet mind and the ability to become and remain thoughtless. Offering a different experience to seated Zazen, this type of meditation will take you further on your journey of accessing a meditative state in daily life, while walking, driving, cooking and carrying out your daily tasks. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.
