Service Description

Sound baths are an excellent way to enjoy relaxation and presence. The different vibrations and tones of various instruments take you on a journey from beginning to end. Throughout this session we will use a variety of unique instruments from crystal bowls to shamanic drums. For some, this experience is like a trip to the spa, for others it can produce powerful and beautiful images in the third eye. We will start by sharing warm, spiced cacao and then lay back and surrender to the blanket of sound and discover what it has in store for you!
