Jason, author of the Zen Jungle masterclass and transformational teacher at the retreat, offers an in-depth introduction to mindfulness and presence. He discusses what mindfulness truly means and uncovers the essence of presence in a simple and coherent way, making it accessible to many for the first time. This introduction gives you the tools you need to conquer your mind noise and experience a break from the voice in your head. The session then moves on to a tour of Zen Jungle's 40 acres with a focus on putting into practise the skills just learned. At the end, a silent (and optional barefoot) venture into the woodland gives you the opportunity to immerse your senses. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.
