This week, we are thrilled to share with you the unveiling of new paths to explore within your consciousness, mindfulness, and self-exploration journey. Alongside our cherished practices, we've curated a selection of new activities, each designed to harmonize with your spiritual voyage.




We’re back with old favourites, the familiar yet ever-transformative experiences of shamanic breathwork, sound ceremonies, and yoga nidra. Shamanic breathwork allows you to dive deep into your subconscious, releasing emotions and thoughts that have been causing stress and tension. Sound ceremonies, with their healing vibrations, help in aligning your energy and bring about a sense of inner peace. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, which is a powerful relaxation technique for the deep state of meditation.


Embracing the new, we are excited to introduce transformational talks and interactive Q&A sessions, where we delve into topics of spirituality, consciousness, and personal growth. These sessions are designed to inspire, educate, and provoke thought, encouraging you to explore the depths of your being. Guided wild swimming in the natural, refreshing waters of Freedom Lake invites you to reconnect with nature, embracing the cold as a pathway to mindfulness and resilience. Moving energy meditation and kriya meditations offer dynamic ways to channel and harness your inner energy, promoting healing and balance within.




Sundays at our retreat will now host a special, grounding experience with Barefoot Sunday Mornings, allowing you to connect with the earth's energy directly through the soles of your feet. Moreover, our Brain Sync Headphone Meditations provide a unique journey into mindfulness, using binaural beats to synchronize brain waves, facilitating a deeper state of meditation and relaxation.


Each of these activities has been thoughtfully chosen and designed to support you on your journey towards inner peace, understanding, and enlightenment.
