Event in detail
Whilst this event may sound like a challenge to some, it's the perfect way to test your limiting beliefs and to immerse deeply into your senses. We will take you on a walk in the woodland where possible or around the lakes and in the fields where your only focus will be the sensations in your feet. This practice will redirect your conscious attention into your senses and leave you unable to stress or overthink. The process can have profound effects for those who commit to it by progressively helping you to let go of the fixed ideas you have accumulated and allow yourself freedom.
As we redirect to our senses deeply and repetitively, we find that the ideas that fuel our anxiety and overthinking simply dissolve, leaving us lighter and quieter inside.
Meet at the bistro and there is a hot drink included at the end of the walk.
We recommend you bring shoes that are easy to where without socks and that you can put back on when muddy. Crocs or flip flops are ideal.
